 8mm Big Shungite, 8mm Big Chakra Stones and 4mm Small Hematite Beads. When choosing the size, we suggest measuring from just below your wristbone for the approriate length. Remembering that you may have a preference on a tight or loose fit. 
 
We have handmade these bracelets ourselves with a doubled stretch cord. We suggest that you "roll on and off" the bracelet to keep it from stretching out too far!
