Orders & Shipping

Question: What forms of payment do you provide?

Answer: Fractal Life accepts PayPal account payments, and all major credit cards (MasterCard, AMEX, Discover, VISA).
To use a credit card: Click CHECK OUT button in cart, Click yellow PayPal button on top in "Express Checkout" box, this pops up a window for PayPal OR Credit/Debit Card, click "Pay with Debit of Credit Card" button at the bottom.

Domestic USA deliveries may be delayed up to 6 weeks due to COVID19 or extreme weather conditions.
International deliveries may take longer due to COVID19 and the customs policy of your country.
Upon purchase, the customer agrees to allow this time-period before disputing a product order.
Domestic shipments: After 6 weeks customer may file a claim with our form on this page.
International shipments: After 8 weeks from original shipment, customer may file a claim on this page.
Please allow 3-7 business days to process and ship your order.
Holiday orders (November-December): This time period gets busy for our business, and may take longer to process and ship your order. We will inform you if shipment will delay past holiday before we ship to you.

We appreciate your patience.

You will receive a tracking number via the customer email provided in the check out page.

Orders may not be cancelled after ordering, unless granted via email.
Occasionally, mail carriers will mark packages as delivered up to 72 hours before they actually are,

so if your order was recently marked as delivered we recommend waiting up to 3 days before requesting a reship.

Fractal Life uses UPS and USPS for all shipping except Super Imploder products. Super Imploder products use the French postal service system. Tracking is included in all orders.

Please allow 3-7 business days before receiving your shipment tracking number.

Fractal Life may approve requests for other shipping methods, with included fees.

Fractal Life uses a drop ship method from manufacturers directly.

Please note: We do not pay for return or exchange shipping costs.

Warranty Claims, Returns & Exchanges must obtain an RMA# by filling out the form below.

Fractal Water energizer products offer a 30-day and 90-day risk-free guarantee,

depending on which specific product.


Wayback Water purchases have a 30-day risk-free guarantee.
